Change Equals Growth

If you’re going to grow in any area of your life you got to be prepared for change. Doing what you are doing today is not going to get you to where you want to go tomorrow, unless you are ready to accept the changes that the road you’re on is going to insist you make. Whatever you are going after, whether it is a life-long dream, or a vision for your brightest future, guaranteed it will only evolve through the adaptation of change.

Life is not stagnant, it ebbs and flows, it peaks and bottoms-out, highs and lows, it is not linear, it’s chaos theory in action. Through it all, the only real constant is that growth equals change, and change equals growth, it is a symbiotic relationship.

We have all been resistant to change, maybe even felt threatened by change. Regardless of how we feel in the moment it is essential that you be prepared to incorporate a willingness to change into your overall plan. Plans are made to be fluid and adaptable; to represent the tried and tormented changes that only experience can bring to a concept. Prepared for change is a state of mind, it is being open and receptive to the whirling influences that surround us daily. World Class Thinkers are constantly assessing changes; they pride themselves on being willing to change. World Class performers are ready to put it all on the line in order to enhance the results that they are currently getting. Whether it is by incorporating small changes or large changes that completely change the goal. The World Class is constantly looking for any advantage that change can deliver.

Change not just for the sake of change but change with intent. Change is powerful when it is done with focus and rational thought at its core.

You can be dutiful and dire or you can strive for bountiful and alive. This is not the time to embrace your old patterns, the sacred cows that we have become too comfortable with. We need to inspire that anarchist that is within us, being a bit of a self-directed contrarian. Growth is facilitated by change and change can be difficult at times, impossible at other times, and uncomfortable more often than not. Without change your world is going to shrink, with change comes inspiration and illumination.
